Personalized food list created specifically for you and delivered via email. No appointment necessary. Lists are emailed in a printable PDF format within 3 business days of your order. For best results please include any known food allergies, sensitivities and/or intolerances in the “Notes” during checkout.

APPOINTMENTS & PRICING
Initial appointment is 1.5 to 2 hours. Follow-up appointments are 1 to 1.5 hours, approximately monthly. Payment is appreciated within 72 hours of appointments unless we’ve made other arrangements for an extension or payment plan. Payment Requests are sent via one of these of your choosing: Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
